I can't say enough great things about my experience with the roofs. ARAC exceeded my expectations. They walked me through the process and explained what was going on at each step. They removed my old roof and replaced it with a new one in a day and left no trace of debris. I recommend ARAC for any DIY job you may have. Casey E and Andrew were referred by a family member after spotting multiple leaks during a recent storm. Casey was able to perform a thorough inspection of the roof and a general inspection of the property. After Casey gained access to my attic, he quickly identified the sources of the leaks and we were able to sit down and discuss the plan of action. I called State Farm on a Monday and had a new roof the following Friday. It was absolutely amazing how seamless and seamless this process was. Casey and Andrew got SF to cover the cost of adding all the code updates. They also got the insurance adjuster to shorten the entire check up front for us. From what I understand it can sometimes take months for this to be refunded. My wife and I would happily recommend Casey, Andrew and the kids to anyone interested in a restoration project, their combined construction knowledge was honestly the most extensive I have experienced in my 84 years.

The house we bought in 2011 always seemed to have a leak problem, the roof was coming together at the chimney, the kids room, the master bedroom, and the porch. It's just a weird section/angle of the ceiling. We've "fixed" it several times over the years, but the repairs never take long and we've always come back to square one. No one has really taken the time to solve the problem and offer a workable solution. ARAC and Casey Beaver were recommended to us by a trusted local real estate agent. Casey was the first (and only) person who REALLY cared about our problem. He spent over an hour on the roof looking around, taking photos, videos, etc. to make sure we have the best "plan of attack" for our roof problem. Within a week we were on his schedule. His team did extensive work on our roof, but his prices were incredibly fair. We couldn't be happier with the job Mr. Beaver has done for us. Now my husband and I don't have to take out the towels/pots and pans every time there's a heavy rain! :) Feel free to use ARAC. After a hail and storm in July 2016, I realized I needed someone to check the roof. Neal Cook and ARAC Roof It Forward were totally professional and very easy to work with. They handled all negotiations with my insurance company and did a fantastic job on the roof replacement. One area I pay particular attention to when it comes to roof replacements is the quality of the valley's plumbing, as this was an issue with my original roof, as well as the replacements many of my neighbors have had in recent years. years. These have seams in the middle of the valley or overlap on the wrong side, and will eventually leak as water seeps into the substrate and rots. The overlays were installed in the correct direction with a reasonable amount of overlap. In addition, the ceiling fans were carefully installed so that there was no distortion beyond the ceiling line. Storm damage aside, I expect this roof to last for decades to come.

A hail storm damaged all the roofs in our neighborhood, so many roofers were eager to help with the replacement. I spoke to a few and was not impressed; many appeared to be storm chasers. I called ARAC, met with Todd, and signed a contract. Each and every crew member was professional, even if they didn't speak English. They were friendly, worked efficiently, and cleaned. It's almost impossible to get all the nails out of your ceiling after a replacement, but these guys did it. Todd came out a day later and was rummaging through the bushes and searching the lawn to make sure there were no nails left. They are the ONLY contractor to offer a 5 year leak free labor warranty. Call them, sign with them, I guarantee he'll be pleased.

Wonderful! Chris Asher, our sales rep, was very thorough, from his roof bag to his spiral presentation. Chris explained our entire canopy to us so we understood everything. He could tell that he would do whatever it took to earn our business and he went above and beyond. The cleaning crew was exceptional, apart from a new roof that you couldn't tell was there. We had a new roof put up and we were so happy with it we put in new gutters which turned out great. Chris even came out another time and brought us color charts because we wanted to see live examples of a few different colors. No one else had the roof bag, no one else had Chris, he did the spiral estimate he gave us, no one took the time to get us the color charts, they told us to get online, and no one was that knowledgeable or was as thorough as Chris. . I called Chris Asher from Roof It Forward to come over and take a look at a leak I was having in my backyard area. Chris was very thorough and took the time to not only locate the leak in the patio area, but he also checked my shingle roof for any potential issues. The work team arrived at our premises first thing in the morning and immediately got to work. When I went to work two hours later, they had almost the entire roof area down to the boards. It was wonderful. When I got home at 6:00 PM, they had finished the roof while other crews working on the neighbors' houses were still working. And the final product was beautiful! I worked with Chris Asher and Patricia Senteney on my project. Chris Asher was my sales representative and Patricia Senteney was the project manager. Chris was very knowledgeable as he had other contractors at my house to evaluate. I just called to get a roof on my shed before winter, but I ended up getting a new roof on the shed, a new roof on my house, new siding throughout my house, new gutters and downspouts, new soffit and new window film for less than what a new roof would have cost me. Chris came to inspect our house and asked if there was any reason we had not filed a storm damage claim.
